Prices per night for the whole apartment
Prices are in euros including VAT and apply to bookings you send us by email. For 2027, ask us for the price.

Payment and cancellation
You confirm a booking by paying 70% of the total, at the latest 14 days before arrival.
Cancelling up to 14 days before arrival is free. After that we charge 70% of the booking.
A day with us, by the clock
- 7:00–10:00Check-out.
- daytimeThe apartment is cleaned, every day.
- 16:00–20:00Check-in. Let us know your arrival time in advance.
- 22:00–6:00Quiet hours in the whole house.
Questions we get
Is there a lift?
Yes, to apartments A, B and C on the first floor. Apartments D, E and F under the roof are up the stairs.
Where do we park?
At the house, free of charge. No need to reserve a space.
Can we do our laundry?
Yes, the laundry room has a washing machine and a dryer, included in the price.
What if it rains?
The house has a hall with a projector and bean bags, where you can watch a film or just spend time together.
Do you take parties?
No. We do not take stag, hen or similar parties. There is no smoking in the house.
Can we stay just one or two nights?
Yes. One night costs 30% more than the list price, two nights 15% more.
